Executive Management

Sanjay Rathore

Project Director

Sanjay has over 30 years of mining industry experience. He was GM with Yara International ASA (Norway) in Ethiopia for the Yara Dallol Potash Project (2009-2019) and previously served as Executive VP with Global Coal & Mining and Marketing Manager with Gulf Oil Corp in India.

He's a Mining Engineer (IIT, BHU), MBA, holds an Executive Certificate in Management (McIntire School, UVA), and a Diploma in Export-Import Management.

Siddharth Jain

Commercial Director

Siddharth Jain is a globally experienced leader with expertise in mining commercial transactions, project execution, and business transformation. He has 24+ years with Rio Tinto, leading teams across various countries and businesses.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from BITS Mesra and holds an MBA from AGSM. He has also attended leadership and executive courses at LBS, MIT, and ISB.

Gebreegziabher Mekonen

General Manager

Gebreegziabher Mekonen Wube has been the General Manager of Ethiopotash B.V. since 2020. He has over 13 years of experience as an advisor/senior advisor at the company and more than three decades in mining, geology, and resource management. Previously, he served as Director at Ethiopia’s Ministry of Mines.

He holds an MBA and an M.Sc. in Geology, specializing in environmental assessments and mineral exploration. He has attended various trainings in Mining Technology, Environment, and Business worldwide, authored several geoscience publications, and contributed to mining sector policies.

Gaurav Panda

Chief Financial Officer

Chartered Accountant, Gaurav Panda has been associated with the group companies for 10+ years. He manages project funding from banks and financial institutions and is actively involved in loan and banking operations for the group.

Aditya Khanna

Aditya Khanna is an entrepreneur who started his career in agricultural and fertilizer bulk physical commodity trading, working with Cargill, Louis Dreyfus, Foskor, APC Jordan, IFFCO, IPL, Zuari, Coromandel Fertilisers, STC, MMTC, and others (1992 to 2000).

He co-founded FiNoble Advisors, a boutique investment bank with offices in Delhi, New York, and London, serving clients like Tata and Mahindra (2003-2007). He also co-founded Faarms, a leading Indian rural logistics company, marketplace for rural communities, and financial inclusion business.

Aditya has been heavily involved in environmental and social initiatives and remains actively engaged at a senior level with several NGOs

Tushar Bose

Tushar Bose is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of experience in advisory. He is the co-founder of Etonhurst Capital Partners, a fund and asset management firm specializing in real asset-backed credit opportunities in India.

Previously, Tushar established the real estate advisory practice at CreditCapital Finance, a boutique advisory firm focused on M&A, fundraising, and restructuring. Coming from a family with 50 years in banking, which played a key role in establishing India's first international investment bank in partnership with Lazard, Tushar has deep-rooted financial expertise.

Earlier in his career, he was actively involved in commodity trading, successfully executing deals in LNG, gold, coal, iron ore, and yarn.
